Not every project has a seven-figure budget. Honestly? Sometimes the smaller projects feel more rewarding. We firmly believe the modest dreams are every bit as important as the grand ones.....maybe more so. We turned this ugly little duckling into the perfect retirement home for a couple relocating from Texas to Massachusetts to be near their grandchildren.
These clients sold a big home in Austin Texas. There were tough choices to be made once they realized how expensive real estate is in the Boston market. But the one sacrifice they were not willing to make was in the kitchen. Combining several small rooms and hallways we created a single kitchen / cooking / entertaining area with an eleven foot island which is now the core of the home.
