On our drawing boards now, is this renovation project in Holliston MA. The current home owners have two children thriving in middle-school. The close-knit family has built strong connections within the community, the neighborhood and the local schools. They want to stay rooted where they are.
In a home that does not meet their needs, and nothing on the market in their desired neighborhood, they asked Nichols Design Group to reimagine the possibilities for their home.
"Leave nothing on the table" was their direction.
Our onboarding and programming process quickly revealed the need for:

From the programming phase, Nichols Design Group presented concepts followed by schematic designs. We are now wrapping up the design development phase, while working with Kistler and Knapp, the chosen contractor, on pricing. The project will be split into three phases to ease financing and cash flow. From here we begin shifting our focus to interior design and decoration.
