Dewey was hired by a client to design a home up through schematics that could realistically be built on a quirky parcel of land in a desirable neighborhood that he was trying to sell. His only restrictions were that the design conform to the existing zoning restrictions and it be a design that would capture the imagination of a likely buyer in the area.
