Beginning with initial discussions, we develop an architecture and interior design service plan that evolves through all stages of design and construction. The plan includes the development of a schematic design that we present to you. Through discussion and collaboration, we move into architecture and interior design development, creating detailed drawings and specifications as we work towards a full construction set. At the end of this phase, we use our industry experience and expertise to help negotiate construction costs. After a detailed evaluation of all cost implications, we complete drawings and specifications and move on to the permitting and construction set.
When we commence construction, our goal is to ensure complete translation of the design into the physical reality of your home.
